Amanda graduated in 2009 with a first class Honours Degree in Law from Macquarie University and was admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW in 2011. She has worked exclusively in Family Law since 2010, first as a legal associate for both trial and appeal Judges of the Family Court of Australia and more recently in practice as a solicitor.
Amanda has completed a PhD in the area of Family Law and also holds a Bachelor of Economics and is a Certified Practicing Accountant. Prior to entering into the field of Family Law, Amanda held the positions of trust accountant and financial controller.
Amanda has experience in a broad range of Family Law matters including complex financial matters and matters concerning de facto relationships. Amanda’s education, strong research skills and passion for family law, combined with her financial background and mature approach are an asset in all aspects of family law. In particular, Amanda is able to quickly identify key issues in any dispute and assist in resolving the matter in a cost effective and efficient manner. Amanda is a member of the Australian Society of Certified Practicing Accountants.
