Genevieve has practiced exclusively in the area of family law since her admission to the Supreme Court of NSW and the High Court of Australia. Genevieve has a particular interest in sensitive parenting matters involving family violence, substance abuse and complex dynamics between siblings. Genevieve also has a keen interest in property matters, spouse maintenance and child support issues.
Genevieve’s excellent communication skills ensure that her clients are fully informed at each stage of their matter. Her client focused approach is recognised by both clients and other practitioners. Genevieve’s keen interest in the ever changing area of family law has seen her undertaking a Masters in Law (Family Law and Dispute Resolution), which provides further insight into any recent developments that may affect her clients.
