Samuel holds a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) and a Bachelor of Arts and graduated with a number of awards.
Samuel was admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia in 2024.
Prior to joining Broun Abrahams Burreket, Samuel was the Legal Associate to a judge of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 1). Prior to working at the Court, Samuel was the legal researcher to a senior family law barrister at a preeminent family law chambers in Sydney.
Samuel has experience in a wide range of complex parenting and complex property proceedings in the Court’s original and appellate jurisdiction. Also, Samuel has experience out-of-court in various forms of alternative dispute resolution, such as mediations and arbitrations.
