Bianca holds a Bachelor of Arts (International Relations and Politics), a Bachelor of Laws and a Masters in Applied Law (Family Law). She has been admitted as a solicitor since 2015 and in addition to family law, has practiced in a diverse range of areas including corporate and commercial law, wills and successions, civil litigation and property matters. Bianca’s experience affords her a deeper understanding of the various issues that may arise in family law matters.
Bianca has worked exclusively in family law since 2019 and is experienced in all aspects of family law, including complex financial and parenting disputes, financial agreements, divorce, maintenance disputes, child support and de facto relationships.
Bianca understands the intricacies of the family law system and appreciates the stress it can cause to her clients. Bianca’s empathy, combined with her technical and commercial skills, allow her to provide her clients with pragmatic and considered advice to help them resolve their matters efficiently.
Whilst Bianca is keen to resolve matters without the intervention of the Court, she is a strong advocate for her clients having appeared in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia and at all levels of Court in New South Wales.
