Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) and a Bachelor of Laws. After completing her studies, Jennifer became admitted as a solicitor and has been dedicated to practising in family law matters.
Jennifer navigates through the difficulties associated with relationship breakdowns and court proceedings with her experience in financial matters, parenting disputes, spouse maintenance and de facto relationships. In particular, Jennifer’s accounting background has fostered her knowledge and interest in property settlements involving high net worth individuals.
Jennifer is passionate about finding practical solutions for her clients and believes open and clear communication with her clients is critical to achieve the best possible outcome. She has successfully resolved numerous matters via lawyer-assisted mediations in both property and parenting matters. Whilst Jennifer is keen to resolve matters without the intervention of the Court, she has also been involved in proceedings before the Federal Circuit Court of Australia and Family Court of Australia.
